By accessing or using wallskin.in (the "Website") or placing an order with WallSkin, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2.1 Made-to-Measure

Most WallSkin products are custom-printed to your specified dimensions. Because each order is produced specifically for you, please review all measurements, design options, and colour choices carefully before placing your order.

2.2 Colour Accuracy

We strive to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, screen calibrations vary and the final print may differ slightly from on-screen previews. This does not constitute a defect and is not grounds for a return.

2.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a design is discontinued or out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

3.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, orders are invoiced at the price confirmed at checkout.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, UPI, Net Banking, and select Buy-Now-Pay-Later providers. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. Your payment details are processed securely by our payment gateway partners; WallSkin does not store card data.

3.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your order will not be confirmed. Please retry with a valid payment method. In the rare case that your account is debited but no confirmation is received, contact us within 48 hours at wallskindesign@gmail.com.

4.1 Dispatch Times

Standard products are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Custom-size or bespoke orders may take 5–8 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

4.2 Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are 5–8 business days after dispatch for metro cities, and 7–12 business days for other locations. These are estimates, not guarantees; delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier issues.

4.3 Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders above ₹999. Orders below this threshold attract a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.

4.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. WallSkin is not liable for loss or damage after delivery.

5.1 Custom Orders

Because our murals are printed to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind. Please double-check your measurements, design, and finish before confirming your order.

5.2 Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or with a print defect, email us at wallskindesign@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will offer a reprint or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5.3 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, production may have commenced and cancellations will not be accepted. To cancel, email us immediately at wallskindesign@gmail.com.

5.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

6.1 Our Content

All website content — including designs, images, text, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of WallSkin or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

6.2 User Content

If you submit photographs, reviews, or other content to us (e.g., room photos for social features), you grant WallSkin a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing purposes.

6.3 Third-Party Artists

Some designs are created under licence from independent artists. These remain the intellectual property of those artists; your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to display the mural in your own space.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WallSkin's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

WallSkin is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from: use or inability to use the website, errors or interruptions, or any product defect beyond a reprint or refund.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or copy content without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders.
• Post defamatory, abusive, or offensive content in reviews or messages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the website or placing a new order after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
