1.1 Information You Provide

When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, payment details (processed securely by our payment partners — WallSkin never stores raw card data), and any messages or files you send us.

When you browse our website we automatically collect: device type, browser, operating system, IP address, pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and click data. We use cookies and similar technologies for this purpose (see Section 6).

1.3 Information from Third Parties

If you sign in using Google or another social login, we receive your name and email from that provider. If you choose to pay via UPI, Net Banking, or a card gateway, those providers may share transaction metadata with us.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill your orders (including custom-size production and delivery).
• Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications.
• Respond to your queries and provide customer support.
• Personalise your browsing experience and recommend designs.
• Send marketing emails and offers — only if you have opted in. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access.
• Comply with legal obligations (tax records, dispute resolution, etc.).
• Improve our website, products, and services through analytics.

WallSkin does not sell your personal data. We may share it only in these circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate — payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe), logistics partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket), email service providers, and cloud infrastructure. All are bound by data processing agreements.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WallSkin, our customers, or the public.

3.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the new entity. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Order and payment records are kept for a minimum of 7 years for tax compliance. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe.

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
